Confidential Concept Collaboration

Whether you have a completed comprehensive business plan or a simple addition to a complex concept, CapZen is uniquely individual in its opportunity as well as its possible outcomes.
Account to Account collaboration is a simple process made possible by CapZen’s internal, private local mail, messaging system.  This system enables like-minded users or constructive criticism to communicate, confidentially.   All communication is internal and exists behind the shield of CapZen’s, confidentiality contracts, encouraging potential profitable partnerships to form.

Collaboration process…

1) Submit your proposed additions as a concept to CapZen’s IR (intentions to reality) database.
*A ‘concept’ can be anything you can imagine; text or a sketch, photographs or a digital representation just to name a few.

2) Wait 4- 7 days for CapZen’s certified originality process (laid out in -become an e-associate- menu button)

3) After your concept is certified as an original, you legally own that intellectual property on CapZen’s IR database.

4) As your legally owned intellectual property you can propose your certified original concepts to any existing concepts on the IR database by clicking the send message button next to the concept you want to attempt to partner with.

5) Simply send a confidential, private local mail message, linking to your concept, stating your terms to release the proposed linked concept.

IMPORTANT;
Be sure to certify your proposed additions as original concepts on the IR database before you propose your ideas to any other accounts.  Remember, only your accounts certified original concepts are considered your contractually protected intellectual property on CapZen.biz.

Concepts cannot be duplicated on the IR (intentions to reality) database, therefore; attempting to certify intellectual property that already exists on the IR database is impossible.  Until an account consents to release its proposed Intellectual property it cannot be used or reproduced.

In effect, the database operates on a first come first serve basis.  One should take the time to formulate working ideas by utilizing our save feature, but as with everything else in life, don’t needlessly procrastinate or others will achieve in your place.  The first account to submit intellectual property is guaranteed to be the exclusive owner.

You will of course, as mentioned above, want to attach your terms to release your proposed additions, as they are your intellectual property.  Attaching your terms is as easy as adding your terms to your private local mail message.  They could be as simple as a short paragraph or they could be professionally prepared by your attorneys and simply attached to your message.  Sites like nolo.com and legalzoom.com, if you feel necessary, can inexpensively help you draft a short agreement legally spelling out your terms to release your proposed concept.

CapZen’s Confidentiality contracts provide the legal grounds for confidentially proposing your concepts, but we cannot lay out your terms for you.  Only you, the creator and owner of your Intellectual Property has the legal ability to determine what is; fair compensation for your efforts.

Your terms may be something as simple as a percentage of any future gross revenues of the collaborative effort; they should certainly be whatever you, the creator of the Concept, deems necessary.     One should be mindful of pricing intellectual property out of the market.   If your terms are too ‘expensive’ other accounts may not want to form a partnership.  All account holders are legally bound to the terms of CapZen’s Confidentiality contracts; all accounts are contractually obligated to delete or destroy any proposed content, upon sending regrets to the proposing account.

Individual achievement is the single most difficult force to register, regulate or keep track of.  It would be a mistake for CapZen to attempt to become a third party to any profitable partnerships resulting from the Intentions to Reality Database.

CapZen.biz does not act as a broker or a third party to any CapZen transactions.  It would be counter-productive and difficult or even impossible to attempt to “charge” a percentage of realized concepts.  It is important to understand that all agreements among CapZen users are private.  Unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement; all collaborating accounts are legally bound to the terms of CapZen’s Confidentiality contracts.  As stated before; all account holders are contractually obligated to delete or destroy any proposed content, upon sending regrets to the proposing account.

If you have any issue, question or grievance whatsoever with your CapZen Collaborative experience let us know immediately, simply click the appeal button to begin the process.

Imagine every good idea realized, now imagine every good idea super enhanced through combination with other similar good ideas from the most capable, involved people on the matter.  If patents could confidentially collaborate; the consumer would reap the benefits of a superior product.

These are the recommended and necessary steps to confidentially collaborate, they are only suggested.  As an account holder you can and should use CapZen as you choose.
